Ladies Interval Training Class is created for women who are looking to squeeze in time to exercise during the weekend. This class features a time-based format to ensure the athletes keep moving and maximize their effort. No prior fitness experience is required to join the class but it is suitable for ladies - and ladies only! - of all fitness levels! The movements are simple and effective - not only you will burn calories along the way, but you will also have fun!
