Ramadhan Mubarak 2018
Hey there, fitness people!
We would like to wish all our Muslim athletes and friends a blessed Ramadhan this year. May this Holy month bring more blessings, peace and joy to all of us!
As usual, there will be some slight changes in our class schedule for the entire month of Ramadhan, but the fitness never stops!
The fasting month does not mean a halt in our daily activities and healthy lifestyle. Here’s a list of reasons on why you should carry on (or start!) working out during the fasting month:
· To just constantly feel good
Oh yeah, we know the lazy feeling we always fall into with the excuses that we give “I’m fasting”. Wouldn’t it be better to get a workout in and get those endorphins running instead of being unproductive?
· Raya is right around the corner!
All that delicious buffet and pasar malam food won’t burn itself! We know for sure you’re planning to look bomb this Raya!
· Constantly “getting back” into shape won’t get you the results you want
Not working out for the entire fasting month AND the entire Raya season will take a toll on you. Suddenly, you don’t feel like getting into your gym clothes anymore and the barbell feels 10kg heavier than it usually does.
· You don’t need a break if it’s a lifestyle
If working out is already a part of your lifestyle, you don’t need a break from it. Channel your energy into something that’s good for your body and good for your mind – continue exercising.
We look forward to seeing you all at the box working just as hard!
