Eid Mubarak 2018

We hear the raya songs, we smell the rendang and we have our sights on that huge plate of tapak kuda. The festive season is upon us! It’s that time of year again and it’s a reason to celebrate with beloved family and friends.

Nothing says a good celebration like good food, so should we be worried about that “raya weight”?

We don’t think so. As long as we know our limits. Take a few bites of the kueh mor. Take a bowl of that soto you’ve been eyeing. Just know that you are in control of your own actions. Know when to indulge and know when to stop.

If you slip up and find yourself slumped on the couch unable to move after eating at 5 houses at the end of the day, it’s completely alright. One slip up will not ruin your entire year’s worth of hard work. Take a step back, start over and remind yourself that you are in control of your own actions.

So we’re saying enjoy the festive season, enjoy responsibly!

We’ll be closed for the first 2 days of raya but we’ll be open on the 3rd day of raya if you ever feel like that workout’s overdue, we understand. wink
